Due to the fact that the fluctuation of the friction force is small in the whole crumple process, energy can be absorbed more stably.

    本发明公开了一种转向管柱总成及汽车,所述转向管柱总成包括:内管柱,与方向盘连接;外管柱,与仪表台横梁连接,所述内管柱插设在所述外管柱内;第一溃缩吸能结构,位于所述内管柱和所述外管柱之间;其中,所述转向管柱总成在所述方向盘被碰撞后形成第一溃缩状态,所述第一溃缩状态下,所述第一溃缩吸能结构能吸收部分撞击能量,而使所述内管柱相对于所述所述外管柱下移。本发明的转向管柱总成,利用内管柱与第一溃缩吸能结构之间的摩擦力和/或外管柱与第一溃缩吸能结构之间的摩擦力实现溃缩吸能,从而在一定程度上起到对驾驶员的保护作用,并且结构简单,组装方便,此外,由于摩擦力的大小在整个溃缩过程中的波动很小,从而能够更稳定地吸能。
