According to the specific implementation scheme, the method comprises the steps of obtaining driving state data of a vehicle based on sensing data collected by a plurality of sensing devices included in the vehicle in a current decision cycle; inputting the driving state data into a first feature extraction network to obtain driving state features; determining a correlation degree between the driving state feature and each of a plurality of first examples included in the sample set by using an attention mechanism; determining at least one first target sample from the plurality of first samples based on the degree of association between the driving state feature and each of the plurality of first samples; and determining a driving strategy of the vehicle in the next decision period of the current decision period based on the at least one first target sample.
