The invention relates to an electric proportional brake valve zeroing method, which comprises the following steps of: receiving three paths of motor Hall sensor signals according to a controller to obtain a state value, comparing the state value at the current moment with the state value at the previous moment through software to judge whether a motor rotates forwards or backwards, and resolving to obtain a corresponding motor position; feedback pressure is obtained according to a voltage signal output by a pressure sensor, so that initial pressure and full pressure are obtained, finally, a reference point and a mirror point are defined according to the obtained motor position, initial pressure and full pressure, and a zero point is obtained through calculation. A Hall sensor signal and a feedback hydraulic signal of the motor are comprehensively processed, and after the controller is powered on, automatic zero setting and dynamic calibration in the working process are achieved, so that normal use of the electric proportional brake valve is ensured, the failure rate is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种电比例刹车阀调零方法,根据控制器接收三路电机霍尔传感器信号得到状态值,再通过软件对比当前时刻状态值和上一时刻状态值判断电机是正转还是反转并解算得到对应的电机位置,根据压力传感器输出的电压信号求得反馈压力,从而得到初始压力和满压力,最后根据求得的电机位置、初始压力和满压力定义参考点和镜像点,从而计算得到零点。本发明对电机霍尔传感器信号和反馈液压信号综合处理,控制器上电后,自动调零,工作过程中动态校准,从而确保电比例刹车阀正常使用、降低故障率、延长使用寿命。
