A charging pile base is fixed to the ground, and the side edge where the charging pile base is located is provided with a mobile gun body through a mechanical arm; two groups of sliding rails arranged in parallel and sliding blocks arranged on the sliding rails are arranged in the movable gun body, the sliding blocks slide on the sliding rails, each group of sliding blocks are independently controlled and driven by a numerical control center, the sliding blocks are hinged to the rear end part of a supporting rod piece, and a charging head is arranged at the front end part, where the supporting rod piece is located, of each group of sliding blocks; the charging head is of a double-layer structure and comprises a charging head body and an annular protection sleeve part wrapping the periphery of the charging head body, and the charging head body and the annular protection sleeve part are movably connected in the central axis direction. According to the charging head, the charging gun does not need to be lifted manually in the charging link, pulling operation during charging is achieved in a full-automatic mode, the automation and convenience of charging are greatly improved, and great advantages and potential are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于充电桩的移动式插接头及其控制方法,充电桩基座固定于地面,且所在的侧边通过机械臂设置有移动枪本体;移动枪本体内置包括两组平行设置的滑轨以及设置在滑轨上的滑块,滑块实现在滑轨上的滑动,每组滑块均通过数控中心独立控制驱动,所述滑块铰接在支杆件的后端部,使每组滑块上支杆件所在的前端部设置充电头,充电头设置为双层结构,包括充电头本体以及包裹在充电头本体外周的环形保护套筒件,使充电头本体与环形保护套筒件之间沿着中心轴线方向活动连接。所采用的充电头能够实现在充电环节,无需人工对充电枪进行抬举作业,全自动化实现对充电时的抽拔作业,极大提高了充电的自动化与便捷性,具有很大的优势和潜力。
