The invention provides a vehicle braking force distribution method and device and a vehicle-mounted controller. The vehicle braking force distribution method comprises the steps that expected braking force, the maximum ground adhesive force of a vehicle, the maximum braking force capable of being provided by a motor and the maximum braking force capable of being recycled by a battery are obtained; selecting one of the expected braking force, the maximum ground adhesive force of the vehicle, the maximum braking force capable of being provided by a motor and the maximum braking force capable of being recycled by a battery as first braking force, wherein the first braking force is used for enabling an electric braking system to control wheel braking; and according to the first braking force and the ground adhesion coefficient, the electric braking front wheel braking force and the electric braking rear wheel braking force are determined.
