The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile damping spring press fitting, and particularly relates to a passenger car suspension spring. Comprising a spring upper gasket, a spiral spring, a spring lower gasket, a lower control arm, a gland, a pressing rod, a nylon cushion block, an anti-rotation pressing block and a bearing nut, the top of the spring lower gasket is connected to the bottom of the spiral spring in a matched mode, and the bottom of the spring lower gasket is connected to the lower control arm in a matched mode; the top of the pressing rod is matched in the gland, a body of the pressing rod sequentially penetrates through the spiral spring and the lower control arm, so that the gland is matched in the upper portion of the spiral spring, the lower portion of the spring upper gasket is connected to the top end of the spiral spring in a matched mode, and the part, penetrating out of the lower control arm, of the pressing rod is fastened to the lower control arm through a bearing nut. A nylon cushion block and an anti-rotation pressing block are sequentially arranged outside the pressing rod between the lower control arm and the bearing nut in a sleeving manner; the invention aims to solve the problem of off-line pre-press-fitting of the damping spring of the suspension of a specific structure, and provides a novel press-fitting mode, so that off-line pre-press-fitting of the damping spring can be realized.

    本发明属于汽车减震弹簧压装技术领域,具体涉及一种乘用车悬架弹簧;包括弹簧上衬垫、螺旋弹簧、弹簧下衬垫、下控制臂、压盖、压杆、尼龙垫块、防转压块和轴承螺母,其中弹簧下衬垫顶部配合连接在螺旋弹簧底部,弹簧下衬垫底部配合连接在下控制臂上;压杆顶部配合在压盖内,压杆的本体依次穿过螺旋弹簧和下控制臂,使得压盖配合在螺旋弹簧上方内,弹簧上衬垫下部配合连接在螺旋弹簧顶端,压杆穿出下控制臂的部分通过轴承螺母紧固在下控制臂上,且在下控制臂与轴承螺母之间的压杆外依次套制有尼龙垫块和防转压块;本发明旨在解决特定结构悬架减震弹簧线下预压装问题,是一种新型的压装方式,可实现线下预压装减震弹簧。
