The invention discloses an electric vehicle BOOST boost charging circuit and a control method, the electric vehicle BOOST boost charging circuit comprises a power supply, a capacitor C and an electric control power tube unit, and the electric control power tube unit comprises a first unit, a second unit and a third unit; the motor unit comprises a first winding, a second winding and a third winding; the contact unit comprises a first contact and a second contact; a switching element K1, a switching element K2, and a switching element K3; when the electric control power tube unit carries out boost charging, the K1 and the K3 are closed, the K2 reaches a second contact, and the motor unit and the electric control power tube unit form a BOOST boost circuit to carry out boost charging. When the high-voltage charging pile is connected, the K1 is disconnected, the K3 is closed, the K2 is connected with the first contact, and the high-voltage charging pile is directly connected with the power supply for charging. According to the invention, the current output capability of the motor unit and the electric control power tube unit can be fully utilized by controlling three-phase current equalization, so that the maximum output power of boost charging is improved, and meanwhile, the problem of jitter in the charging process is inhibited.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车BOOST升压充电电路及控制方法,包括电源、电容C、电控功率管单元,包括第一单元、第二单元,以及第三单元;电机单元,包括第一绕组、第二绕组,以及第三绕组;触点单元,包括第一触点,以及第二触点;开关元件K1,开关元件K2,以及开关元件K3;当电控功率管单元升压充电时K1、K3闭合,K2达到第二触点,由电机单元与电控功率管单元形成BOOST升压电路进行升压充电;当连接于高压充电桩时K1断开,K3闭合,K2连接第一触点,则高压充电桩与电源直连充电。本发明能够通过控制三相电流均衡可以充分利用电机单元与电控功率管单元的电流输出能力,使得升压充电的最大输出功率得到提高,同时抑制充电过程中抖动问题。
