The invention provides an electric vehicle charging and discharging scheduling optimization method and system considering microgrid operation risks, and relates to the technical field of microgrid optimization scheduling. According to the method, quantitative evaluation is carried out on meteorological type disaster risks possibly faced by the micro-grid, micro-grid optimization strategies in different levels of operation risk states are formulated, corresponding weights of micro-grid economy and stability targets are flexibly changed aiming at the risks of different levels, and the micro-grid optimization strategy is optimized on the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of the micro-grid. And the economic benefits of the micro-grid are maximized. Besides, scheduling models based on respective operation characteristics of the electric vehicles are constructed, the accuracy of scheduling the electric vehicles in the micro-grid is improved, the accuracy of charging and discharging scheduling planning of the electric vehicles in the micro-grid is enhanced, and the stability of micro-grid operation is improved.

    本发明提供一种考虑微网运行风险的电动汽车充放电调度优化方法和系统,涉及微网优化调度技术领域。本发明中,对于微网可能面临的气象类型灾害风险进行量化评估,并制定了不同层级运行风险状态下的微网优化策略,针对不同层级的风险,灵活改变微网经济性以及稳定性目标的相应权重,在保障微网安全稳定的前提下,实现微网经济效益的最大化。此外,构建了基于其各自运行特征的调度模型,提升了微网内电动汽车调度的精准性,增强了微网内电动汽车充放电调度规划的准确度,提高了微网运行的稳定性。
