The invention is suitable for the field of artificial intelligence and intelligent transportation, and provides a modified vehicle identification method based on attribute fusion and fuzzy product quantization, in comprehensive vector feature extraction, methods of vehicle and license plate detection, parallel feature extraction and attribute fusion splicing are used to obtain high-level license plate semantic information, and the recognition efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, low-level comprehensive characteristics of vehicle type attributes and color attributes are also included, interference of background noise can be eliminated, the response intensity of three characteristics, easy to refit, of the vehicle is enhanced, and the limitation of a single characteristic can be made up; in addition, a distance calculation method based on fuzzy clustering and cosine similarity is applied, so that the uncertainty of input information during retrieval of the refitted vehicle can be met; compared with the traditional Euclidean distance, the cosine similarity is not influenced by the vector length, and the difference between dimensions can be better processed when the refitted vehicle is retrieved. Compared with an original product vector method, the method provided by the invention has higher retrieval precision and robustness in a refitted vehicle scene.

    本发明适用于人工智能与智慧交通领域,提供一种基于属性融合和模糊乘积量化的改装车辆识别方法,本发明在综合向量特征提取中,运用车辆、车牌检测、并行特征提取以及属性融合拼接的方法,得到具有高级车牌语义信息,同时也包含低级的车型属性和颜色属性的综合特征,能够消除背景噪音的干扰,增强车辆三种容易被改装的特征响应强度,有助于弥补单一特征的局限性;另外应用了模糊聚类和余弦相似度的距离计算方法,能契合改装车检索时因输入信息的不确定性;与传统的欧式距离相比,余弦相似度它不受向量长度的影响,在对改装车进行检索时,可以更好地处理维度之间的差异。本发明方法对比原始乘积向量方法在改装车场景下有更高的检索精度与鲁棒性。
