The present disclosure relates to a heat resistant composite dense alloy for improved oxidation resistance and structural stability. The heat resistant composite concentrated alloy includes about 12 to 22 weight percent chromium (Cr), about 22 to 35 weight percent molybdenum (Mo), about 15 to 50 weight percent tantalum (Ta), about 10 to 20 weight percent titanium (Ti), and aluminum (Al). The heat-resistant composite dense alloy is characterized in that the matrix phase has a body-centered cubic crystal structure.
