The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting and lifting construction, and discloses an intelligent integral structure lifting construction method and related device.The method comprises the steps that a laser distance measuring device is installed at each hoisting point of an integral structure to be lifted, and each laser distance measuring device comprises a laser distance measuring instrument and a target; the data acquisition module is used for carrying out real-time acquisition and data transmission on vertical and/or horizontal stroke data of each lifting point position, carrying out comparative analysis on each vertical stroke data to obtain a plurality of asynchronous values, generating a plurality of preset early warning instructions and adjustment instructions of different grades according to the asynchronous values, and sending the early warning instructions and the adjustment instructions to the lifting point position. And after receiving the signals, the lifting control system stops lifting operation and carries out local lifting adjustment according to the guiding signals. According to the invention, the lifting data of the whole structure can be continuously collected in real time, the lifting construction of the whole structure is accurately and effectively monitored, and the construction safety and efficiency are ensured.

    本发明涉及吊装及提升施工技术领域,公开了一种智能化整体结构提升施工方法及相关设备,所述方法包括步骤:在待提升整体结构上的每个吊点处安装一套激光测距装置,所述激光测距装置包括激光测距仪和标靶,用于对每个吊点位置的竖向和/或水平行程数据进行实时采集和数据传输,对每个所述竖向行程数据进行比对分析得到若干不同步性值,根据不同步性值的大小生成若干预定不同等级的预警指令和调整指令,并发出对应的预警信号和指导信号,提升控制系统接收到信号后停止提升作业并根据所述指导信号进行局部提升调整。本发明能对整体结构的提升数据进行持续、实时的采集,精确、有效地对整体结构提升施工进行监测,保证施工安全性和效率。
