    本发明公开了一种基于悬臂灌注造桥机的钢箱梁悬臂吊机及其改装方法,属于桥梁施工技术领域,包括主梁,主梁连接有上横梁和中横梁,主梁下方设有行走系统,主梁上方设有提升机构,主梁后方设有用于增加稳定性后锚系统;提升机构连接有用于吊装钢箱梁的吊具,吊具位于主梁的前方。通过对原千吨级超大造桥机进行拆除模板系统保留主梁受力系统、升级行走系统、锚固系统、拼装吊装系统的改装方法改装。减少了超大体量造桥机拆除退场,和新进吊桥机而造成的设备费用及时间上的损失,保证了工期的同时还节约了巨额成本。
