The invention discloses wind turbine generator blade health state inspection equipment and method, the equipment comprises a rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, a visual sensor, a remote controller and a display, the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a flight control system, a communication link, a motor, blades, a battery and a rack, and the remote controller communicates with the flight control system through the communication link and controls the motor to drive the blades to rotate; the unmanned flight control over the rotor wing is achieved, the visual sensor is arranged on the rack and communicates with the displayer through a communication link, collected images are sent to the displayer to be displayed, and the unmanned flight control system is characterized in that the rack comprises an annular frame and a supporting frame; the rack is improved on the basis of an existing rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, the annular frame is arranged in the middle of the rack, the annular frame is directly arranged on the blade in a sleeving mode during routing inspection, image collection is conducted on the periphery of the blade through the visual sensors arranged around the annular frame at the same time, and therefore blade detection is rapidly achieved, and the working efficiency is improved; and the problem of missing part of the to-be-detected area is solved.

    本发明公开了一种风电机组桨叶健康状态巡检设备及方法,包括旋翼无人机、视觉传感器、遥控器和显示器,旋翼无人机包括飞控系统、通迅链路、电机、桨叶、电池和机架,遥控器通过通迅链路与飞控系统通讯,并控制电机带动桨叶进行旋转,实现对旋翼无人的飞行控制,视觉传感器设置在机架上并通过通迅链路与显示器通讯,把采集的图像发送到显示器上进行显示,其特征是:机架包括环形架和支撑架;本申请在现有旋翼无人机的基础上对其机架进行改进,使机架中部呈圆环状的环形架,在进行巡检时直接把环形架套在叶片上,通过环绕环形架设置的视觉传感器同时对叶片的四周进行图像采集,从而快速实现对叶片检测,提高工作效率,并解决漏掉部分待检测区域的问题。
