According to the invention, accidents on non-Internet-of-Vehicles vehicles and roads in front of the Internet-of-Vehicles vehicles can be detected in time, and the problems of potential safety hazards and road jam are solved.

    本发明涉及车联网数据分发技术领域,具体涉及一种车联网信息平台事件分发系统及方法,所述系统包括交通事件采集模块、路径影响分析模块信息分发模块、数据分析及分发模块,用于获取用户端发送的当前车辆前方的车辆图像信息;根据车辆图像信息判断当前车辆前方的车辆是否连入车联网,若连入,则根据前方的车辆的定位分析行驶方向上是否存在地理电子围栏,若存在则将对应的交通事件信息发送给用户端;若未连入,则获取用户端发送的地理电子围栏信息的节点编码,根据地理电子围栏信息的节点编码搜索对应的交通事件信息发送给用户端。本发明能够对非车联网车辆和车联网车辆前方道路上的事故进行及时检测,解决存在的安全隐患和道路加塞的问题。
