The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining related data of an urban regional traffic network; s2, constructing a space-time module, wherein the space-time module comprises a time convolution attention module and a space convolution attention module; the traffic flow sequence is sequentially input into the module, the long-term and short-term time correlation of the traffic sequence is obtained through the time convolution attention module, and the global and local space correlation of the traffic sequence is obtained through the space convolution attention module; and S3, outputting an output result of the S2 through a linear layer to obtain the predicted traffic flow. According to the method, the accuracy of regional traffic flow prediction is improved, an intelligent traffic system is assisted to better allocate traffic resources, and traffic congestion is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种交通流量预测方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:S1:获取城市区域交通网络的相关数据;S2:构建时空模块,包含时间卷积注意力模块和空间卷积注意力模块;将交通流序列依次输入进模块,通过时间卷积注意力模块得到交通序列的长期与短期时间相关性,通过空间卷积注意力模块得到交通序列的全局与局部空间相关性;S3:将S2的输出结果通过线性层输出得到预测的交通流量。本发明提高区域交通流量预测的准确度,辅助智能交通系统更好地分配交通资源,缓解交通拥堵。
