The invention provides an S-shaped air inlet channel profile design method. The method comprises the steps that a center line change rule, an area transition rule and inlet and outlet shapes are determined; calculating a central line parameter equation according to a central line change rule; calculating discrete coordinates of an inlet and an outlet according to the shapes of the inlet and the outlet; calculating a control point curvature of a middle transition cross section according to an area transition rule and discrete curvatures of an inlet and an outlet; calculating the three-dimensional coordinates of the control points according to the center line parameter equation and the curvature of the control points of the middle transition cross section; according to the coordinates of the inlet and the outlet and the three-dimensional coordinates of the control points of the middle transition section, calculating the shape line of the S-shaped air inlet channel by using a spline surface method; modeling is conducted according to the S-shaped air inlet channel shape surface line to obtain an S-shaped air inlet channel three-dimensional shape surface; and if the design requirement is not met, returning, and modifying the three-dimensional shape line of the S-shaped air inlet channel according to the three-dimensional coordinate of the control point. According to the method, the S-shaped air inlet channel three-dimensional profile which can be in smooth transition from the inlet to the outlet is obtained.

    本发明提供一种S形进气道形面设计方法,包括:确定中心线变化规律、面积过渡规律和入、出口形状;根据中心线变化规律计算中心线参数方程;根据入、出口形状计算入、出口的离散坐标;根据面积过渡规律和入、出口的离散曲率计算中间过渡横截面的控制点曲率;根据中心线参数方程和中间过渡横截面的控制点曲率计算控制点的三维坐标;根据入、出口坐标和中间过渡截面的控制点三维坐标,用样条曲面方法计算S形进气道形线;根据S形进气道形面形线建模得到S形进气道三维形面;若不满足设计需求,则返回,根据控制点的三维坐标修改S形进气道三维形线。本发明得到能够从入口到出口光滑过渡的S形进气道三维形面。
