The invention provides a pipe hanging construction rotation locking control method and device and a pipe hanging construction machine.The control method is based on the pipe hanging construction machine.The pipe hanging construction machine is provided with an upper vehicle and a lower vehicle which can rotate relatively and a locking mechanism used for locking the working angle between the upper vehicle and the lower vehicle; the control method comprises the following steps that the turning angle of an upper vehicle is obtained; judging whether the turning angle of the upper vehicle is a set hoisting angle or not, and if yes, obtaining the angle between the upper vehicle platform and the horizontal plane; judging whether the angle between the getting-on platform and the horizontal plane is greater than a set angle or not, and if yes, obtaining the hoisting weight; and judging whether the hoisting weight is greater than the set weight, and if yes, controlling the locking mechanism to lock the working angle between the upper vehicle and the lower vehicle. Safety accidents caused by brake failure of the rotary motor due to unbalance loading of heavy objects when a pipe hoisting machine gets on and gets off the machine under the working condition of a mountain land or a ramp can be prevented, the machine can perform pipe hoisting construction under the working condition of a large ramp or the mountain land, and limitation of terrains to pipeline construction is reduced.

    本发明提供一种吊管施工回转锁紧控制方法、装置及吊管施工机械,控制方法基于一种吊管施工机械,所述吊管施工机械上设置有可相对转动的上车和下车以及用于锁定上车与下车之间工作角度的锁紧机构,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:获取上车的回转角度;判断上车的回转角度是否为设定吊装角度,若是则获取上车平台与水平面之间的角度;判断上车平台与水平面之间的角度是否大于设定角度,若是则获取起吊重量;判断起吊重量是否大于设定重量,若是则控制锁紧机构锁定上车与下车之间工作角度。本发明可以防止吊管机械的上下车在山地或坡道工况施时工会因重物的偏载造成回转马达制动失效,产生安全事故,使机械能够在大坡道或山地工况下吊管施工,减少地形对管道施工的限制。
