Through winding connection of the rotating wheel and the connecting rope, regulation and control of the action length of the connecting rope are achieved, adjustment of the action angle of the supporting frame is achieved, under connection of the horizontal sensor and the supporting frame, levelness detection operation of the supporting frame is completed, the angle regulation and control effect of pipe piece hoisting is achieved, and under sliding connection of the telescopic rod and the telescopic cylinder, the lifting angle of the pipe piece is adjusted. Under the action of the supporting spring, the effect of adjusting and supporting the action angle between the connecting plate and the supporting frame is achieved, and the hoisting performance and the splicing convenience performance are improved.

    本发明涉及盾构机技术领域,具体为一种盾构机管片吊装支撑装置,包括:架体,包括支撑架和连接板,所述支撑架的表面连接有连接绳,所述连接板的表面活动连接有吊环;控制机构,包括连接仓,所述连接仓固定连接在连接板的底端,所述支撑架的上表面固定连接有水平传感器。本发明经转轮和连接绳的缠绕连接,实现对连接绳作用长度的调控,达到对支撑架作用角度的调整,在水平传感器和支撑架的连接下,完成对支撑架的水平度检测操作,达到对管片吊装的角度调控效果,在伸缩杆和伸缩筒的滑动连接下,经支撑簧的作用,实现连接板和支撑架之间作用角度的调整支撑效果,提高其吊装性能和拼接便捷性能。
