    本发明公开了一种涵道无人机支撑杆及其成型方法,涉及无人机技术领域,包括无人机本体以及成型模具,无人机本体包括支撑杆组,支撑杆组包括连接基台、变径支撑杆和异形支撑杆;成型模具包括上模具、下模具和夹心模具,上模具与下模具之间形成加压型腔,上模具上对称设有密封盖,密封盖外接有加压设备,密封盖上开设有加压孔。本发明通过成型模具实现复杂的支撑杆一体成型,可以保证整个支撑杆的材料分布均匀,确保无人机飞行平稳;一体成型的支撑杆可以保证无人机支撑杆之间不需要额外的物理连接,从而降低无人机的重量;变径一体成型可折叠无人机支撑杆的一体成型,可以提高整个支撑杆的平顺性,充分发挥空气动力学优势,提高无人机的飞行质量。
