The invention discloses a self-locking type standard load quick-change interface for space on-orbit control and a quick-change method, and belongs to the technical field of space on-orbit services. The problems that an existing space butt joint interface is large in size and complex in structure are solved. The device comprises an active locking mechanism and a passive locking mechanism, the active locking mechanism comprises a supporting shell, a shafting driving assembly, a locking assembly and a return assembly. The return assembly, the locking assembly and the shafting driving assembly are sequentially and coaxially arranged in the supporting shell from inside to outside in a nested mode, and the passive locking mechanism extends into the locking assembly from the top of the supporting shell and abuts against the top of the return assembly; the locking assembly is used for locking the passive locking mechanism under the driving action of the shafting driving assembly, and the return assembly is used for popping out the passive locking mechanism when the passive locking mechanism is unlocked. The device is mainly used for butt joint of the space robot and the space load.

    一种空间在轨操控的自锁式标准载荷快换接口和快换方法,属于空间在轨服务技术领域。为了解决现有的空间对接接口体积、尺寸较大,结构复杂的问题。本发明包括主动锁紧机构和被动锁紧机构;所述的主动锁紧机构包括支撑壳体、轴系驱动组件、锁紧组件和回复组件;所述的回复组件、锁紧组件和轴系驱动组件采用套叠的方式由内至外依次同轴设置在支撑壳体内,所述的被动锁紧机构从支撑壳体的顶部伸入到锁紧组件内,并抵接在回复组件的顶部;锁紧组件在轴系驱动组件的驱动作用下对被动锁紧机构进行锁紧,所述的回复组件用于被动锁紧机构在解锁时的弹出。本发明主要用于空间机器人与空间载荷的对接。
