According to the aircraft braking system capable of controlling the braking pressure through the braking handle and the control method, the braking handle is combined with electric control braking control, and the braking willingness of a pilot is transmitted by controlling angle rotation of the braking handle; and the working displacement of the handle is converted into a current signal received by the control unit through the electric control unit, so that the airplane wheel is braked. In the braking process, a pilot can correct a braking instruction in time, and it is ensured that the course of the aircraft is stable during braking. A brake handle rotation angle collected by an angular displacement sensor is converted into a voltage signal through a signal conversion circuit, and then the received voltage signal is converted into a direct current signal to be sent to a pressure servo valve; the signal conversion circuit outputs a direct-current voltage signal to control the hydraulic electromagnetic valve to be opened, so that the pressure servo valve is communicated with a hydraulic source; and the pressure servo valve outputs brake pressure in proportion to the rotation angle of the handle. And the pressure sensor receives signals and is connected with the airplane wheel to realize braking, and the device has the characteristics of short response time, reduced failure rate and higher reliability.

    一种通过刹车手柄控制刹车压力的飞机刹车系统及控制方法,刹车手柄与电控刹车操纵相结合,通过操纵刹车手柄角度转动传递飞行员的刹车意愿,通过电控单元将手柄的工作位移量转化为令控制单元接收的电流信号从而实现机轮刹车。刹车过程中,飞行员能及时修正刹车指令,确保飞机在刹车时航向的稳定。通过信号转换电路将角位移传感器采集的刹车手柄转动角度转换为电压信号,进而将接收的电压信号转换成直流电流信号给压力伺服阀;信号转换电路输出直流电压信号控制液压电磁阀打开,使压力伺服阀接通液压源;压力伺服阀输出与手柄转动角度成比例的刹车压力。压力传感器接受信号,连接机轮实现刹车,具有反应时间短、降低故障率、可靠性较高的特点。
