    本发明公开了一种铝合金门窗辅助搬运装置及搬运方法,涉及搬运技术领域,包括承运架,承运架边侧设有多个呈一字结构排布的夹持框,夹持框远离承运架的一侧底壁铰接有底架,底架上端开设有放置铝合金门窗底部侧壁的支撑凹槽,定位挡板,定位挡板底端折弯后向靠近承运架一侧延伸为水平部,定位挡板、支撑凹槽内部空间以及矩形夹持缺口内部空间组成放置铝合金门窗的存放空间,环形卡槽内顶壁与支撑凹槽内底壁滑动贴合。本发明改变传统采用捆绑式将多个铝合金门窗依靠贴合绑定的固定方式,避免因移动过程中产生的晃动导致贴合在一起的铝合金门窗之间相互滑动而被刮花,在转运结束后能够在宽度上减少整个转运设备的宽度,从而减少占地面积。
