The invention discloses a battery replacing box, a battery replacing structure, a battery replacing method and engineering machinery. The battery replacing box comprises a hoisting frame, a battery box and a battery replacing box base, the hoisting frame is formed by welding section bars; the battery box is an integrated battery box, and the hoisting frame is fixed on the upper surface of the battery box; the battery changing box base is formed by welding section bars, and the battery box is fixed on the upper surface of the battery changing box base; wherein a mounting seat is arranged on the upper surface of the battery box and is used for mounting the battery box cooling device and the battery control device, and a battery replacement plug mounting plate is arranged on the battery replacement box base and is used for mounting a battery replacement connecting plug. The battery replacing structure comprises the battery replacing box and a rotary table. The battery replacing box is installed on the rotary table, and supporting and fixing of the battery replacing box and circuit connection between the battery replacing box and the rotary table are completed. The battery replacing box and the battery replacing structure thereof serve as power sources of the battery replacing excavator, and the structural form of the battery replacing box and the battery replacing structure determines the overall appearance, the battery replacing speed, the working stability and the operation safety to a great extent.

    本发明公开了一种换电箱、换电结构、换电方法及工程机械,换电箱包括吊装框架、电池箱、换电箱底座;吊装框架由型材焊接而成;电池箱采用集成式电池箱,所述吊装框架固定在电池箱上表面;换电箱底座由型材焊接而成,所述电池箱固定在换电箱底座上表面;其中,所述电池箱上表面具有安装座,用于安装电池箱冷却装置、电池控制装置,换电箱底座设置有换电插头安装板,用于安装换电连接插头。一种换电结构包括上述的换电箱和转台;所述换电箱安装在转台上,完成对换电箱的支撑和固定以及两者之间线路连接。换电箱及其换电结构作为换电挖掘机的动力来源,其结构形式很大程度上决定了整机外形、换电速度、工作稳定性以及作业安全性。
