The invention further discloses an automatic charging device, an automatic charging system and a computer readable storage medium. The charging vehicle executing the automatic charging method is movable, does not occupy the space of a parking space, can be moved to the position where the electric vehicle needing to be charged is located according to needs, charges the electric vehicle, and can be moved away after charging is completed, so that a fixed charging pile does not need to be built, charging does not need to be conducted on the designated parking space, and the charging efficiency is improved. Therefore, the number of plannable parking spaces of the parking lot is increased.
