The air outlet shell is installed at the air outlet position, and the air outlet position is obtained through an air outlet position determining method; the included angle alpha 1 between the molded surface, connected with the upper shell, of the air port upper decorating part and the upper shell is larger than or equal to 55 degrees; the included angle alpha 2 between the air port lower decorating part and the lower shell is larger than or equal to 25 degrees and smaller than or equal to 30 degrees; the included angle alpha 3 between the windward side of the tuyere characteristic piece and the lower shell is larger than or equal to 135 degrees and smaller than or equal to 140 degrees; the length d1 of the windward side of the tuyere feature piece is larger than or equal to 2.5 mm and smaller than or equal to 3 mm.
