The invention provides a lightweight design method for a double-port natural gas cylinder fixing device and a gas cylinder support, and belongs to the field of structural optimization design method.The lightweight design method comprises the steps that firstly, a finite element mesh model of a pre-optimization structure is established through an application program module in a computer system, then basic performance lifting is conducted on the established finite element mesh model, and then the optimal structure is obtained; and then building a topological space according to the obtained basic performance and obtaining a topological model, carrying out topological optimization on the obtained topological model and obtaining a main force transmission path of the gas cylinder bracket, and finally obtaining a final structure according to the obtained main force transmission path. When the optimization method provided by the invention is adopted to carry out optimization design on the gas cylinder bracket in the gas cylinder fixing device, the development period of the gas cylinder bracket can be greatly shortened, and the production cost is reduced; meanwhile, the optimization method provided by the invention also has comprehensiveness and processability, so that the cost can be effectively reduced under the condition that the structural performance is not reduced.

    本发明提供一种双口天然气瓶固定装置轻量化设计方法及气瓶支架,属于结构优化设计方法领域,其先通过计算机系统中的应用程序模块建立优化前结构的有限元网格模型,然后对所构建的有限元网格模型进行基础性能提载,接着再根据所获得的基础性能搭建拓扑空间并获得拓扑模型,以及对所获得的拓扑模型进行拓扑优化并得到气瓶支架的主要传力路径,最终根据所获得的主要传力路径得到最终结构。且在采用本发明所提供的优化方法对气瓶固定装置中的气瓶支架进行优化设计时,能够大大缩短转气瓶支架的开发周期,降低生产成本;同时本发明所提供的优化方法还具备全面性及流程性,保证其能够在结构性能不下降情况下有效降低成本。
