The invention discloses a novel mounting method for a grinding wheel of a grinding machine, which adopts a novel mounting structure, utilizes a lifting lug to lift a whole lifting appliance through a travelling crane, and aligns a grinding wheel connecting block to a conical sleeve connector; three bolt holes evenly distributed in a grinding wheel connecting block of a grinding wheel of the grinding machine are aligned with three round holes with the diameter being 8 mm in the outer ring of the conical sleeve connector and connected through M8 bolts; a crane winch pulls the movable part upwards to move upwards, when the spring is compressed by 100 +/-5 mm, the stop pin is pulled upwards, the head of the pin is screwed into the reserved pin hole, the movable part and the fixed part are relatively fixed, and at the moment, the hoisting steel wire rope is tightened due to the acting force of the spring; bolts in two bolt holes evenly distributed in the grinding wheel connecting block are screwed into the grinding wheel connecting block to abut against the grinding wheel spindle, the two nuts are rotated in turn to abut the conical sleeve connector out of the spindle, and at the moment, the grinding wheel is taken down. The grinding wheel of the grinding machine is simply and efficiently replaced, meanwhile, the grinding wheel headstock spindle is protected, and key components are prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开了一种磨床砂轮新型安装方法,采用新型安装结构,利用吊耳将整个吊具通过行车吊起,将砂轮连接块对准锥形套连接器;将均布在磨床砂轮的砂轮连接块上3个螺栓孔对准锥形套连接器外圈的3个直径8mm的圆孔,并通过M8的螺栓连接;行车卷扬向上拉动活动件向上运动,当弹簧压缩100±5mm时向上扳动止动销,将销头部旋入预留销孔中,活动件与固定件相对固定,此时吊装钢丝绳因弹簧作用力绷紧;将砂轮连接块上均布的两个螺栓孔上螺栓旋入,抵住砂轮主轴,轮流转动两个螺母将锥形套连接器从主轴上抵出,此时砂轮取下。本发明使用简单高效得更换磨床砂轮,同时保护砂轮头架主轴,防止关键部件损坏。
