The invention provides an MARK-III type enclosure system platform module and a dismantling method. The platform module comprises a disc buckle scaffold arranged at the upper part and a truss scaffold arranged at the lower part; and a transition component is arranged between the disc buckle scaffold and the truss scaffold. The dismantling method comprises the following steps: dismantling a cantilever area and a main frame body component above a layer on which a side process door is positioned; removing the non-inspection area working surfaces of the layer where the side process door is located and the lower layer; a main frame body component in the side process door area is dismantled, and an additional disc buckle scaffold is erected in the side process door area; the overhanging area and the main frame body below the side process door are detached, and the overhanging area and the main frame body are transported out of the cabin through an additional disc buckle scaffold; and finally, the components with the additional disc buckle scaffold are packaged and transported out of the cabin through a liquid dome object lifting opening in the top of the cabin. On the premise that the stability is guaranteed, the dismounting and mounting efficiency of the platform module can be greatly improved, and the construction period is shortened. Compared with a traditional dismantling method, the platform dismantling period is shortened by 7-10 days.
本申请提供一种MARK‑Ⅲ型围护系统平台模块及拆除方法。所述平台模块包括设于上部的盘扣脚手以及设于下部的桁架脚手;在盘扣脚手与桁架脚手之间设置过渡构件。所述拆除方法包括:拆除侧工艺门所在层以上部分的悬挑区域和主架体构件;拆除侧工艺门所在层及其下层的非报验区域工作面;拆除侧工艺门区域的主架体构件,并在侧工艺门区域搭设附加盘扣脚手;拆除侧工艺门以下部分的悬挑区域及主架体,并通过附加盘扣脚手运输出舱;最后将附加盘扣脚手的构件打包经舱室顶部的液穹吊物口运输出舱。本申请能够在保证稳定性的前提下,极大的提高平台模块的拆搭除效率,缩短施工周期。本申请中的平台拆除周期相较于传统拆除方法节省7‑10天。
