A gas phase area of the two-phase box is connected with a gas inlet of the first inflating device through a pipeline, a gas outlet of the first inflating device is connected with the gas box through a pipeline, the gas box is connected with a gas inlet of the second inflating device through a pipeline, and a gas outlet of the second inflating device is connected with the gas phase area of the two-phase box; the larger the difference value between the rear-end air pressure and the front-end air pressure of the first inflating device and the second inflating device is, the larger the inflating force is. By using the power distribution cabinet, an operator can easily load, carry and unload the power distribution cabinet by means of manpower.
