The invention discloses an engine rotating speed control method for reducing DCT low-speed interval noise. The method comprises the steps that S1, a low-speed interval threshold value of a transmission and engine rotating speed offset are set; s2, the current accelerator opening degree, the speed changer gear state, the wheel end slipping mark position state, the gear input shaft rotating speed, the gear output shaft rotating speed, the working states of a first clutch and a second clutch and the engine running idling rotating speed value are obtained; s3, when all the following conditions are met, entering an engine low-speed interval rotating speed control stage; a, the accelerator opening is smaller than or equal to zero; b, the transmission is in a first gear or a second gear; c, the transmission is not in a first-gear shifting state or a second-gear shifting state; d, the wheel end slipping mark position is not triggered; and S4, in the engine low-speed interval rotating speed control stage, the engine rotating speed is controlled according to the expected engine rotating speed. The expected rotating speed is sent to the engine according to the input shaft rotating speed and the engine rotating speed offset, and the problem that noise is likely to be generated in the low-speed interval is solved.

    一种降低DCT低速区间噪声的发动机转速控制方法,S1:设置变速器进入低速区间阈值、发动机转速偏移量;S2:获取当前油门开度、变速器挡位状态、轮端打滑标志位状态、挡位的输入轴转速、挡位的输出轴转速、第一离合器以及第二离合器的工作状态、发动机行车怠速转速值;S3:当以下条件均满足时,进入发动机低速区间转速控制阶段;a.油门开度小于或等于零;b.变速器处于一挡或二挡;c.变速器不处于一挡换挡状态、二挡换挡状态;d.轮端打滑标志位未触发;S4:在发动机低速区间转速控制阶段,以发动机期望转速控制发动机转速。根据输入轴转速、发动机转速偏移量对发动机发送期望转速,解决低速区间易产生噪声的问题。
