The invention relates to the technical field of brake systems, in particular to a redundancy control architecture and a switching strategy for an electronic parking brake system. A redundancy control framework for an electronic parking brake system is characterized in that a controller comprises a master controller and a slave controller, and calipers comprise the left side calipers and the right side calipers; the gateway is connected with the master controller and the slave controller through a public CAN communication line, the master controller and the slave controller are connected through a private CAN communication line, and the master controller is connected with the left caliper and the first input end of the relay through a master controller control line. The slave controller is connected with the second input end of the relay through a slave controller control circuit, and the output end of the relay is connected with the right caliper. Compared with the prior art, a new working mode is established between the master controller and the slave controller, so that the parking function of the whole vehicle is realized by controlling the EPB calipers through the slave controller under the condition that the master controller fails.

    本发明涉及制动系统技术领域,具体地说是一种针对电子驻车制动系统的冗余控制架构和切换策略。一种针对电子驻车制动系统的冗余控制架构,其特征在于:所述的控制器包括主控制器、从控制器,所述的卡钳包括左侧卡钳、右侧卡钳;网关分别通过公用CAN通讯线路与主控制器、从控制器连接,主控制器、从控制器之间通过私用CAN通讯线路连接,主控制器通过主控制器控制线路分别与左侧卡钳及继电器的输入端一连接,从控制器通过从控制器控制线路与继电器的输入端二连接,继电器的输出端与右侧卡钳连接。同现有技术相比,通过在主、从控制器之间协议新的工作模式,实现了在“主控制器”失效的情况下,通过“从控制器”控制EPB卡钳实现整车驻车功能。
