According to first-stage power supply, a DCDC converter converts high voltage of a vehicle power battery into low voltage, and the low voltage is supplied to a whole vehicle through a rear intelligent power distribution module; the DCDC converter is also connected with the storage battery through the rear intelligent power distribution module; in the first-stage power supply, the rear intelligent power distribution module is further connected with the front intelligent power distribution module, the rear vehicle body domain controller and the first electric appliance. According to the second-stage power supply, a rear intelligent power distribution module is connected with a front intelligent power distribution module, and the front intelligent power distribution module is connected with a front vehicle body domain controller and a second electric appliance. According to the third-stage power supply, the rear vehicle body domain controller and the front vehicle body domain controller are the last stage of the intelligent power supply system, and the rear vehicle body domain controller and the front vehicle body domain controller are connected with various sensors, switches and loads respectively. A regional power distribution method is adopted, nearby power distribution of electric appliances of the whole vehicle is achieved, and the length of wiring harnesses of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    一种汽车低压智能供电系统和供电方法,第一级供电为:DCDC转换器将车辆动力电池的高压转换成低压,通过后智能配电模块给整车供电;DCDC转换器还通过后智能配电模块连接蓄电池;在第一级供电中,后智能配电模块还分别与前智能配电模块、后车身域控制器和第一用电器相连接;第二级供电为:后智能配电模块与前智能配电模块相连接,前智能配电模块分别连接前车身域控制器和第二用电器相连接;第三级供电为:后车身域控制器和前车身域控制器是智能供电系统的最后一级,后车身域控制器和前车身域控制器均分别连接各类传感器、开关和负载。本发明采用区域配电方法,实现了整车用电器就近配电,减少整车线束长度。
