The invention discloses a method for preventing a power battery from being overcharged under a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle idling working condition, a control device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, judging the state of a fuel cell, executing a step S2 when the state is a fuel cell running state, and executing a step s3 when the state is a fuel cell purging state; the step s2 comprises the following steps: step S21: acquiring FCUPfex, BMS Pmaxchg and VCUPaux, and judging FCUPfcsgt, and judging FCUPfcsgt; whether BMS Pmaxchg + VCUPaux is established or not is judged, and when the condition is established, fuel cell enabling power VCUPfcs is sent to an FCU and is sent to a fuel cell PTC heater and a fuel cell radiator to start enabling; step S22, judging whether # imgabs0 # is established or not, if the condition is not established, sending shutdown enabling to the fuel cell, if the condition is established, continuing starting enabling and enabling power of the fuel cell, and after time t, re-judging FCUPfcsgt; and whether BMSPmaxchg + VCUPaux is established or not is judged, and if the condition is established, shutdown enabling is sent to the fuel cell. When the problem of overcharge prevention of the power battery is solved, shutdown of the fuel battery is more reasonably controlled, the startup and shutdown frequency and the purging interruption frequency of the fuel battery are reduced, and the service life of the fuel battery is prolonged.
