The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for determining the motor torque of an engineering vehicle and a processor. The method comprises the steps that in the running process of the engineering vehicle, the vehicle speed and running information of the engineering vehicle and the pedal opening degree of an accelerator pedal are obtained; the required torque of the engineering vehicle at the vehicle speed is determined according to the pedal opening degree and the vehicle speed; based on the operation information of the engineering vehicle, determining a preset condition conforming to the engineering vehicle, the preset condition including any one of a subjective condition, a compensation condition and an objective condition; and determining the distribution torque of the motor according to preset conditions and the required torque. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the motor torque under different conditions can be met, the torque distribution precision of the motor is improved, the efficiency of the engineering vehicle is optimal, and driving safety is guaranteed.
