The invention provides wiring equipment and a rail vehicle. The wiring equipment comprises a shell; and the wiring assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a plurality of wiring parts, the incoming ends of the wiring parts are configured to be electrically connected with a traction converter of the bullet train marshalling through a gap bridge cable arranged between two adjacent train bodies of the bullet train marshalling, and the leading-out ends of the wiring parts are configured to be electrically connected with in-train equipment and under-train equipment of the railway vehicle.
