According to the cable physical cooling device, a closing mechanism is arranged, a rubber plug is pushed downwards, so that a reset spring generates elastic deformation, meanwhile, when the rubber plug moves, a movable rod can be driven to move downwards, a cold air pipeline head is inserted into a through hole groove, cold air can be injected into a rubber outer sleeve, and therefore the cable physical cooling effect is improved; and the rubber plug can move under the pushing of the elastic deformation of the reset spring, so that the rubber plug is connected with the through hole groove in a clamping manner, cold air in the rubber jacket can stay in the rubber jacket, and the cable cooling effect is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种室外充电桩用柔性耐高温电缆,包括保护外套,所述保护外套的内侧设置有内隔热机构,所述内隔热机构的内侧设置有保护内套,所述保护内套的内侧设置阻燃填充物,所述阻燃填充物的内部设置有多组电缆芯,所述保护外套的外表面设置有多组支撑机构。通过设置闭合机构,通过对橡胶塞向下推动,使得复位弹簧发生弹性形变,同时橡胶塞移动时可带动活动杆下移,此时将冷气的管道头插入通孔槽内部,可将冷气注入橡胶外套内部,从而提高物理降温电缆效果,当冷气管道头与通孔槽分离后,在复位弹簧的弹性形变推动下可使橡胶塞移动,使得橡胶塞与通孔槽卡合连接,如此可将橡胶外套内部的冷气停留在其内部,进而提高电缆降温效果。
