Obtaining a plurality of traffic illegal behavior categories, traffic accident categories and corresponding user responsibility categories; calculating a total score corresponding to the target personnel based on the weights and scores corresponding to different preset traffic illegal behavior categories, the traffic accident categories and the corresponding user responsibility categories; and determining a risk assessment result corresponding to the target person based on the total score, and carrying out traffic safety precision propaganda education from two dimensions of individual precision and group precision, thereby providing reference for formulating and optimizing traffic safety propaganda education strategies, preventing and reducing road traffic accidents, and improving the precision and effectiveness of traffic safety propaganda education.
