The invention discloses a vehicle bogie frame overturning method which comprises the following steps: adjusting the position of an upper clamping part in the horizontal direction to enable the upper clamping part to be positioned on the outer side of a lower clamping part, and adjusting the position of a lower clamping part in the horizontal direction to allow a frame to be placed on the lower clamping part from top to bottom in a first horizontal posture; the bottom surfaces of the two cross beams of the framework are placed on the corresponding lower clamping parts; the position of an upper clamping part in the horizontal direction is adjusted, and the upper clamping part is located over the cross beam; the distance between the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part is adjusted, so that the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part clamp the cross beam of the framework; and the connecting rod assembly is driven to act and drives the clamping assembly to turn over, so that the framework is turned over from the first horizontal posture to the second horizontal posture. According to the scheme, the problems caused by the fact that a crown block is matched with manual overturning can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile the problems that an existing framework overturning device is large in occupied space, complex in operation and the like are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种车辆转向架构架翻转方法,调节位于上方的夹紧部在水平方向上的位置,使上夹紧部位于下方夹紧部的外侧,调节下夹紧部在水平方向上的位置,以允许将构架以第一平放姿态由上至下放置到下夹紧部上,构架的两个横梁的底面放置到对应的下夹紧部上;调节上夹紧部在水平方向上的位置,上夹紧部位于横梁的正上方;调节上夹紧部与下夹紧部之间的距离,使上夹紧部与下夹紧部夹紧构架的横梁;驱动连杆组件动作,连杆组件带动夹紧组件翻转,以实现构架由第一平放姿态翻转至第二平放姿态。本方案能够有效避免采用天车配合人工翻转带来的问题,同时也有效解决现有构架翻转装置占用空间大、操作复杂等问题。
