The invention discloses a control method for a hydraulic actuating mechanism of an electric reach forklift, which has the main design conception that a plurality of response time parameters of forklift actuating switches are stored in a pump controller in advance, and the response time parameters comprise the on-off time of a pump motor and the actuating time of a valve port of an electromagnetic valve corresponding to each forklift actuating switch; a time difference exists between the valve port action time and the pump motor start-stop time; and when it is detected that the forklift action switch is triggered, the pump controller sends instruction signals to the pump motor and an electromagnetic valve port corresponding to the current forklift action switch according to the response time parameters, and pump motor starting and stopping and electromagnetic valve opening and closing control with the time sequence are achieved. On the premise that the cost of the forklift is not increased, abnormal sound and vehicle body shaking caused when the action executing mechanism of the forklift works can be effectively reduced, electrical control over the pump motor and the hydraulic electromagnetic valve is optimized, adjustment can be flexibly conducted according to actual requirements, then the forklift can stand at the use angle of a user, and the operation comfort of the forklift is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种电动前移式叉车液压动作机构控制方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,预先在泵控制器内存储若干个叉车动作开关的响应时间参数,包括泵电机启闭时间及对应各叉车动作开关的电磁阀阀口动作时间,且阀口动作时间与泵电机启闭时间设有时差;当检测到叉车动作开关被触发时,泵控制器根据响应时间参数分别向泵电机及与当前叉车动作开关对应的电磁阀口下达指令信号,实现具有时序的泵电机启停及电磁阀开闭控制。本发明在无需增加叉车成本的前提下,能够有效减小叉车的动作执行机构工作时引发的异响和车体晃动,优化对泵电机与液压电磁阀的电气控制,可灵活根据实际需求进行调节,进而站位于用户使用角度,显著提高了叉车操作的舒适性。
