The invention provides a low-impact fusing, separating and throwing device which is characterized in that a split nut is mounted on a mounting seat, the split nut is formed by combining two nut flaps which are longitudinally butted and attached, the two nut flaps are respectively a nut flap I and a nut flap II, mounting holes are formed in the butted and attached surfaces of the nut flap I and the nut flap II, a separating spring is mounted in each mounting hole, and the separating spring is connected with the nut flap II through a connecting rod. The shell is mounted on the mounting base, the split nut is arranged in the shell, the mounting base is connected to a base body at one end of the separation system through a screw, one end of the connecting rod is in threaded connection with the split nut, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the base body of the separation system, and the split nut is sleeved with the locking holding spring. The fixed end of the locking holding spring is connected to one nut petal, the free end of the locking holding spring is connected with the fuse rope, and the fuse rope is controlled to be tensioned through the ratchet wheel assembly and can be fused through the heating rod. The device greatly reduces unlocking load impact, can be applied to occasions with small impact requirements or mute occasions, and has the advantages of being small in size, light in weight, energy-saving, environment-friendly and capable of being repeatedly tested and used.

    本发明提供一种低冲击熔断分离抛撒装置,分瓣螺母安装在安装座上,所述分瓣螺母由两个纵向相对接贴合的螺母瓣组合而成,分别为螺母瓣I和螺母瓣II,螺母瓣I和螺母瓣II的对接贴合面加工有安装孔,安装孔内装有分离弹簧,外壳安装在安装座上,分瓣螺母在外壳内部,安装座通过螺钉连接在分离系统一端的基体上,连接杆一端与分瓣螺母通过螺纹连接,另一端与分离系统的基体连接,锁紧抱簧套装在分瓣螺母的外部,锁紧抱簧的固定端连接在其中一个螺母瓣上,自由端与熔绳连接,熔绳通过棘轮组件控制拉紧并能够通过加热棒熔断。本发明大大降低了解锁载荷冲击,可以应用在冲击要求小或者静音场合,具有体积小、质量轻、节能环保、可重复测试使用的优点。
