The invention provides a continuously variable transmission and a bicycle. The continuously variable transmission comprises a base; a first power wheel; a plurality of first limiting structures which are distributed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the speed change generation wheel are arranged on one side of the speed change generation wheel; the first locking piece is assembled on one side of the speed change generation wheel in a sliding mode and has a locking state fixed to the first power wheel and an unlocking state capable of sliding in the circumferential direction of the first power wheel; and the first speed regulating wheel is rotationally assembled on the outer side of the base, the first speed regulating wheel and the first power wheel are coaxially arranged, and the first speed regulating wheel is provided with a first triggering structure used for enabling the first locking piece to be switched between the locking state and the unlocking state. Under the condition that the speed of the first power wheel is constant, the rotating speed of the speed change generation wheel can be changed by rotating the first speed regulation wheel, stepless speed change is achieved, and therefore the requirement for personalized regulation of treading force during riding can be met.

    本发明提供了一种无级变速器及自行车,无级变速器包括:基座;第一动力轮;变速发生轮,变速发生轮的一侧设置有沿其周向等距间隔分布的多个第一限位结构;第一锁止件,滑动装配于变速发生轮的一侧且具有与第一动力轮相固定的锁定状态和能够沿第一动力轮的周向滑动的解锁状态;以及,第一调速轮,转动装配于基座的外侧,第一调速轮与第一动力轮同轴设置,第一调速轮设置有用于使第一锁止件在锁定状态和解锁状态之间切换的第一触发结构。在第一动力轮速度恒定的情况下可以通过旋转第一调速轮改变变速发生轮的旋转速度,实现无级变速,从而能够满足骑行时对踩踏力的个性化调节需求。
