The invention discloses a method and a structure for optimizing the flow of people guided in a subway carriage, and relates to the field of subways, and the method comprises the steps: s1, monitoring the image of a waiting area in a station, and monitoring the information in the subway carriage; s2, analyzing the image to obtain dot-matrix personnel distribution data; s3, analyzing and outputting a temperature control instruction according to the personnel distribution data, and updating temperature control display about the subway carriage outside the platform; s4, regulating and controlling an air conditioning system and a fresh air system of the subway carriage according to the temperature control instruction; and s5, updating the temperature control display of the subway carriage outside the platform, updating the guide board display in the carriage, and matching with the guide board transmission guide structure in the carriage according to the subway operation condition. By matching the monitoring data, analyzing the conditions of the passengers going up and down and regulating the temperature in the compartment in advance to be matched with the guiding structure, the congestion trouble is solved for the passengers, accident disputes are avoided, and more comfortable riding experience is achieved.
