The invention relates to an optimized brake pressure control method, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a database in which slip rates and combination coefficient curves are stored: (1) drawing the curves of the slip rates and the corresponding combination coefficients under the condition that the forward speed of an axle and the load on an airplane wheel are kept unchanged, and (2) drawing the curves of the slip rates and the corresponding combination coefficients under the condition that the load on the airplane wheel is kept unchanged; and (3) adjusting the load on the airplane wheel, and executing the step (2) under different loads to draw the corresponding three-dimensional curved surface diagram, namely adjusting the forward speed of the wheel shaft, and executing the step (1) to draw the curve of the corresponding slip rate and the combination coefficient and generate the three-dimensional curved surface diagram containing the speed, the slip rate and the combination coefficient at different forward speeds of the wheel shaft, and executing the step (2) under different loads to draw the corresponding three-dimensional curved surface diagram. Generating a four-dimensional curved surface diagram containing the load, the speed, the slip rate and the combination coefficient; (4) storing the four-dimensional curved surface diagram into a database; calculating the maximum brake pressure based on the slip rate and the combination coefficient curve; the brake pressure of the wheel is controlled based on the maximum brake pressure.

    本申请涉及一种优化的刹车压力控制方法,包括:构造存储有滑移率与结合系数曲线的数据库,包括:(1)在轮轴前进速度和机轮上的负载保持不变的条件下绘制滑移率与对应结合系数的曲线,(2)在机轮上的负载保持不变的条件下,调整轮轴前进速度,并在不同的轮轴前进速度下,执行步骤(1)绘制对应的滑移率与结合系数的曲线,并生成包含速度、滑移率与结合系数的三维曲面图,(3)调整机轮上的负载,并在不同的负载下执行步骤(2)绘制出对应的三维曲面图,并生成包含负载、速度、滑移率和结合系数的四维曲面图;(4)将四维曲面图存储到数据库中;基于滑移率和结合系数曲线计算最大刹车压力;基于最大刹车压力来控制机轮的刹车压力。
