The method comprises the following steps: enabling a PDU to carry out undervoltage detection on a high-voltage battery, carrying out adhesion detection on each relay before power-on, carrying out pre-charging overtime detection on a pre-charging relay, carrying out closing anomaly detection on a main relay, and carrying out closing anomaly detection on each auxiliary relay, so as to realize high-voltage power-on control on a relay module; according to the bus voltage of the high-voltage battery, enabling the PDU to carry out power failure detection on the high-voltage battery; after the relay module is powered on at a high voltage, under the condition that the high-voltage battery is not powered off, the PDU carries out power-off overtime detection on the main relay and carries out power-off overtime detection on each auxiliary relay, so that high-voltage power-off control on the relay module is realized. According to the scheme, the reliability and safety of high-voltage management of the whole vehicle are enhanced by optimizing the functions of PDU self-inspection and high-voltage power-on and power-off management of the whole vehicle in the all-in-one controller.

    本发明属于纯电动汽车技术领域,提供一种纯电动汽车的控制方法、装置、纯电动汽车和存储介质,该方法包括:使PDU对高压电池进行欠压检测、对每个继电器进行上电前粘连检测、对预充继电器进行预充超时检测、对主继电器进行闭合异常检测、对每个辅助继电器进行闭合异常检测,实现对继电器模块的高压上电控制;根据高压电池的母线电压,使PDU对高压电池进行掉电检测;在继电器模块高压上电之后,在高压电池未掉电的情况下,使PDU对主继电器进行下电超时检测、对每个辅助继电器进行下电超时检测,实现对继电器模块的高压下电控制。该方案,通过优化多合一控制器中PDU自检及整车高压上下电管理的功能,增强整车高压管理的可靠性和安全性。
