The second sun gear is coaxially connected with one output piece of the first planet row, the third sun gear is coaxially connected with the second sun gear, and the third gear ring is coaxially connected with the second planet carrier; the third planet carrier is the output end of the driving system; the clutch is connected between the output piece of the first planet row and the second planet carrier; and the two brakes are respectively used for braking the second gear ring and the third gear ring. Through the integrated design of the brake and the planetary transmission, the neutral gear and braking functions are achieved while the low gear, the middle gear and the high gear are achieved, so that the hub driving system is high in structural integration degree and stable in gear shifting.
