The invention discloses a vehicle battery pack locking device and an electric vehicle. The battery pack locking device comprises a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism, one of the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism is arranged on a vehicle body of the electric vehicle, and the other one of the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism is arranged on the battery pack. The first locking mechanism comprises a first locking piece, the second locking mechanism comprises a second locking piece, the second locking piece is provided with a driving inclined face, and the driving inclined face is used for driving the second locking piece to stretch out and draw back under the abutting action of the first locking piece so as to be switched between the locking position locked with the first locking piece and the unlocking position separated from the first locking piece. The electric automobile comprises an automobile body and the battery pack detachably installed on the automobile body through the locking device. The telescopic movement of the second locking piece used for locking or unlocking the first locking piece and the second locking piece is achieved through the cooperation of the first locking piece and the driving slope in the relative movement process of the first locking piece and the second locking piece, the power consumption is low, and the battery replacement efficiency is high.

    本申请公开了一种车用电池包锁止装置及电动汽车。电池包锁止装置包括第一锁合机构和第二锁合机构,第一锁合机构和第二锁合机构两者之一设于电动汽车的车身、两者之另一设于电池包;第一锁合机构包括第一锁合件,第二锁合机构包括第二锁合件,第二锁合件具有驱动斜面,驱动斜面用于在第一锁合件的抵接作用下带动第二锁合件伸缩以在与第一锁合件锁合的锁止位置及与第一锁合件脱离的解锁位置之间切换。电动汽车包括车身及通过所述锁止装置可拆卸地安装于车身的电池包。本申请中用于实现第一锁合件和第二锁合件的锁合或解锁的第二锁合件的伸缩运动由两者相对移动的过程中通过第一锁合件和所述驱动斜面的配合带动实现,功耗少,换电效率高。
