The invention discloses a cam drive locking mechanism and a bottom battery replacing method of a battery replacing vehicle, and the cam drive locking mechanism comprises a pin hole formed in one of the battery replacing vehicle and a battery pack and a lock pin arranged on the other one of the battery replacing vehicle and the battery pack. And the lock pin and the pin hole are driven by a rotating cam to be inserted and matched so as to lock the battery pack on the battery replacement vehicle. The locking mechanism with the lock pin and the pin hole matched is adopted, the lock pin and the pin hole are matched in an inserted mode to achieve locking, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and quick replacement of the battery pack is facilitated; the rotating cam is used for providing locking power, the rotating cam is simple in structure and flexible in driving, rapid rotating driving can be achieved on the premise that the requirement for outputting proper driving force is met, and the battery replacing efficiency can be further improved. And moreover, for the battery replacing trolley, the driving power required for rotating the cam is smaller, so that the configuration of a power source is simplified, the cost is reduced and the like.

    本申请公开一种凸轮驱动锁止机构及换电车辆的底部换电方法,凸轮驱动锁止机构包括设于换电车辆和电池包的其中之一上的销孔及设于换电车辆和电池包的其中之另一上的锁销,所述锁销和所述销孔通过转动凸轮驱动插接配合以将所述电池包锁紧于所述换电车辆。本申请采用锁销和销孔配合的锁止机构,两者插接配合实现锁止,结构简单、操作方便,有利于电池包的快换;其中,利用转动凸轮提供锁止动力,转动凸轮结构简单、驱动灵活,在满足输出合适驱动力的前提下可实现快速转动驱动,有利于进一步提升换电效率。并且,对于换电小车而言,转动凸轮所需的驱动动力较小,因而有利于简化动力源的配置、降低成本等。
