The method comprises the steps that the in-vehicle actual temperature and the vehicle speed of a target vehicle and the air volume output by refrigeration equipment in the target vehicle are obtained, and the refrigeration equipment is refrigeration equipment based on a compressor; determining an initial rotating speed limit value of a compressor according to the in-vehicle actual temperature and the air volume; adjusting the initial rotating speed limit value according to the vehicle speed to obtain the maximum rotating speed limit value; and if the current rotating speed of the compressor is larger than the maximum rotating speed limit value, the current rotating speed is adjusted to the maximum rotating speed limit value. According to the embodiment of the invention, by calculating the maximum rotating speed limit value of the compressor, the rotating speed of the compressor can be reduced as much as possible while the refrigeration requirement of the vehicle is met, so that the noise generated in the running process of the compressor is reduced, and the comfort of passengers is improved.
