The invention discloses an automobile side windshield AR film and a preparation method thereof.The automobile side windshield AR film comprises a base material layer, the upper surface and the lower surface of the base material layer are provided with an upper bottom coating and a lower bottom coating respectively, and the bottom of the lower bottom coating is sequentially provided with a lower IM layer and a high-temperature protection film; an upper IM layer, a base coat, a first metal titanium layer, a first niobium oxide layer, a second metal titanium layer, a second niobium oxide layer, a silicon dioxide layer and an AF layer are sequentially arranged on the surface of the upper base coat. The metal titanium layer and the niobium oxide layer are sequentially plated through the magnetic control spraying technology, the silicon dioxide layer is plated on the surface of the niobium oxide layer, under the condition that low reflection is guaranteed, the transmittance of the AR film is reduced, the AR film can be applied to side and rear windshield glass of an automobile, the all-light transmittance of the AR film is 20-35%, the reflectivity of the full wave band 380-780 nm in the automobile is 1.0% or below, and the AR film can be applied to the side and rear windshield glass of the automobile. And the reflectivity at the wavelength of 400-700nm is below 0.6%.

    本发明公开了一种汽车侧挡玻璃AR膜及其制备方法,包括基材层,所述基材层的上表面和下表面分别设有上底涂层和下底涂层,所述下底涂层的底部依次设有下IM层和高温保护膜,所述上底涂层的表面依次设有上IM层、打底层、第一金属钛层、第一氧化铌层、第二金属钛层、第二氧化铌层、二氧化硅层和AF层。本发明通过磁控喷射工艺依次镀金属钛层和氧化铌层,并在氧化铌层的表面镀二氧化硅层,在保证反射较低的情况下,降低AR膜的透过率,可以应用于汽车侧挡及后档玻璃,本发明的全光透过率为20‑35%,车内部全波段380‑780nm的反射率在1.0%以下,400‑700nm的反射率在0.6%以下。
