The ammonia removal air purification device comprises a liquid tank, an inner cavity of the liquid tank is divided into a plurality of liquid cavities communicated in sequence through partition plates, each liquid cavity comprises an L-shaped wall-attached air pipe, and an absorption liquid tank is defined by the inner side wall of each L-shaped wall-attached air pipe, the adjacent partition plate and the top wall of the liquid tank. A plurality of air outlets communicated with the absorption liquid cabinet are formed in the transverse side wall of the upper portion of the L-shaped wall-attached air pipe, an air outlet is formed in the top wall of the absorption liquid cabinet, and a liquid cabinet air inlet is formed in the upper end of the L-shaped wall-attached air pipe of the first-stage liquid cavity where air enters. The air outlet of the absorption liquid cabinet of the previous stage of liquid cavity is communicated with the L-shaped wall-attached air pipe of the next stage of liquid cavity through a fan, and a liquid cabinet air outlet is formed in the side wall of the absorption liquid cabinet of the last stage of liquid cavity. By means of the ammonia removal air purification device, the scale of a ventilation system is reduced, the ammonia gas emission amount of the exhaust outlet is reduced, and the danger near the exhaust outlet is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种用于新型氨动力船的除氨空气净化装置,包括液柜,液柜内腔通过隔板分隔为多个依次连通的液腔,液腔包括L型附壁风管,L型附壁风管的内侧壁与相邻隔板和液柜顶壁围成吸收液柜,在L型附壁风管的上部横向侧壁上开设有多个与吸收液柜连通的出风口,在吸收液柜的顶壁上开设有出风口,在空气进入的第一级液腔的L型附壁风管的上端开设有液柜进风口,沿气体流动方向相邻两个液腔中,前一级液腔的吸收液柜的出风口通过风机与下一级液腔的L型附壁风管连通,在最后一级液腔的吸收液柜的侧壁上开设有液柜出风口。利用本发明的除氨空气净化装置减少通风系统的规模,并减少排风口的氨气排放量,降低排风口附近的危险。
